Bever / Precision 3D-Printed Repair Hardware & Workflow

2025 · Client: Bever · Role: Product Designer · product · products

Bever is a premium outdoor gear brand in the Netherlands. For their latest sustainability repair service they were looking for a solution to more efficiently blow up their air matress for their leak tests nationally.

In depth

I designed and developed a custom 3D part designed to press-fit securely onto metal air compressor and use a custom rubber seal to create an adaptable rubber fitting for many different mats. Ultimately this solution allowed the repair service to be more efficient and sustainable.
